Rediscovering your strengths -
Creating space for change
Adults
- You feel sad, listless, and exhausted.
- You struggle with fears, depression, worries, or conflicts.
- Dreams and nightmares weigh on you or occupy your thoughts.
- Conflicts or relationship crises leave you paralyzed.
- You are looking for a space to reflect on your situation from a different perspective.
Do reach out ...
We approach difficult experiences together step by step, carefully and empathetically.
I offer you gentle support to help you help yourself.
A thorough case history — asking about your personal life and health background — is the standard and can be helpful.
At the same time, supportive impulses and new perspectives may sometimes emerge even without discussing every detail of your personal background.
Teenagers
Adolescents may decide whether their parents or caregivers would like to speak with me before sessions begin.
Personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially within the applicable legal framework.
Information will only be shared with parents or caregivers in agreement with the adolescent, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
Online support for adolescents from age 10.
Kids
Children are dependent on their parents or caregivers.
Therefore, they often can better recover if their caregivers are willing to make at least small changes.
First, I meet with at least one caregiver.
Depending on the situation and age, the child may initially join an existing children’s group, so they can express their needs in a relaxed environment.
Online therapy from 10 years of age.
Conflicts | Couples | Families
Sometimes relationships — whether with a partner, children, or teenagers — can feel “stuck.”
- Devaluation, hurt, blame
- Outside relationships and the resulting breach of trust
- Jealousy and control
- Alienation, thoughts of divorce, separation
- Communication problems
- Illness
- Lack of respect
- Blended families
- Overwhelming life events
- Different needs or desires
Even if only one person in the relationship network seeks help, hurtful patterns can change, and something new can emerge.
Mediation has not brought the desired results?
I walk with you to discover new solutions and create new freedom.
Organizations, Companies, Associations
In organizational consulting, I support you in addressing areas of your "human capital" that are not functioning to your satisfaction -yet.
Effective ways to resolve conflicts and
short-term management of internal difficulties help achieve goals such as:
- Reducing absenteeism
- Lowering unwanted turnover
- Improving productivity and engagement
- Decreasing safety risks
- Reducing employee complaints and legal claims
The ROI of employee counseling / Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) ranges between 5 to 10 times the return on investment (Hargrave et al., 2008; Jorgensen, 2007).
Workshops
For small and large groups, I introduce innovative approaches to
- Conflict resolution
- Trauma processing
- Supporting people with mental health challenges and physical illnesses
- Gaining lightness and inner freedom

Process and Methods
In therapy and counseling, I place great importance on:
- Empathetic support
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Working with evidence-based, unconventional, alternative methods
- Gentle support for self-help
- Appreciation of diverse religious, spiritual, and faith-based worldviews.
This way, therapy and counseling can have positive effects on your life and relationships.
Empathic integrative psychotherapy and counseling combines elements of systemic therapy, psychoanalytic and depth psychology approaches, certain aspects of various behavioral therapy methods, EMDR, as well as other evidence-based methods supported by major scientific studies.

FAQ
Can I come by without making an appointment first?
Since I run an appointment-based practice, you can only schedule appointments in advance by phone or email.
How can I reach the practice outside of business hours?
I respond to emails and voicemail messages as promptly as possible, so that your waiting time is kept to a minimum.
Which insurance providers do you work with?
This is a private practice, as I am a licensed alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. This allows you to visit as anonymously as possible, without concerns about professional or insurance-related consequences on your part. Some private insurances might help you, but you need to talk to your insurance yourself. You pay your visit to me and your insurance might - or might not reimburse you partially.
Can I pay for services in installments?
With arrangements prior to you session, we can agree on your paying in installments. This will be arranged individually.
Please talk to me if you are truly in financial hardship.
How long does an appointment last?
Depending on your needs and circumstances, an appointment can last between 50 and 90 minutes. We can agree on a time frame beforehand. Sometimes it might be possible to extend a session spontaneously, if need be.
